This is our first agreement purpose written by the Sharefarming Consultants - this agreement covers everything the others don’t, better protecting both farm owners and contract milkers where it matters while maintaining a win:win relationship and enhancing farm performance.
We wanted to bring an agreement to market that had clear dispute pathways, what to do in the scenario of a breach of any clause of the agreement, financial penalties that were easy to navigate and dealt with the most common disputes we see that have no coverage in any of the other templated agreements on the market.
