Donna Griggs

Before entering into the Rural Professional world, Donna had over a decade of hands on farming experience as a Sharemilker in Northland

Donna is also an experienced farm systems consultant who can support you with everything from financial budgeting, feed, pasture and nutrient management, animal heath, sustainability and environment.

Donna is passionate about successful sharefarming relationships for successful farm systems.

Myfanwy Alexander

Co-Founder

With over 15 years on farm and a Contract Milker and employer herself, Myfanwy co-founded The Sharefarming Consultants to be part of the change that was needed to make sure sharefarming continued to be a successful pathway for both sharefarmers and farm owners with good advice that considered people first in the farm system.

Myfanwy is not currently taking clients but is available for speaking at events.

Keith is our specialist in safety and people management - setting up functional on farm policy and process, as a farm owner he understands the practicalties of farming but also the non-negotiables of keeping people safe on farm.

A generic farm safety template is not going to change safety culture on farm, and it probably won’t improve the chances of getting people home safely everyday. Keith is passionate about applying a safety system to your farm system that actually works.

Keith is an accredited Safety & HR specialist with over 10 years experience in. NZ Keith is also a member of HASANZ.
